Biography
Educational background
Hassanet Sodabanlu received the B. Eng and M. Eng degrees in electrical engineering from Chiang Mai University, Thailand, in 2001 and Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, in 2005, respectively. In 2010, he received the Ph.D degree in electronic engineering from the University of Tokyo, Japan.
Professional background
Since 2010, he has been a project researcher in Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology, the University of Tokyo, Japan. Crystal growth by metal–organic vapor-phase epitaxy (MOVPE), quantum nanostructures, and multi-junction solar cells are currently his research interests.
